Pipe- We use pipes to deliver water and gas safely from one place to another. Different pipes are used in different circumstances.

 (पाइप का यूज़ हम जल,गैस को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक सुरक्छित पहुंचाने के लिए  करते है। अलग अलग पाइप का यूज़ अलग अलग परिस्थित में किया जाता है।)

Different Types of Pipes used in WTP and Irrigation field.

Ductile iron(DI Pipe)-


DI pipe is made of ductile iron, it is most commonly used to distribute drinking water. They are very strong and they are also easy to installation. this
DN 80 to DN are in 1200 size and their length is 6 meters.

(DI  पाइप डक्टाइल आयरन से बना होता है , इसका उपयोग सबसे ज्यादा पीने के जल को वितरण करने  में किया जाता है। यह बहुत ही मजबूत होते है और इनको लगाना भी आसान होता है। यह 
DN 80  से DN 1200  साइज तक के होते है और इनकी लेंथ 6 मीटर तक होती  है। )

Cast iron(CI Pipe)-


CI pipe consists of gray cast iron. Now they are not used much because they are very expensive. They are also not easy to install, earlier they were used for sewage coming out of the office and home. Now, instead of CI, HDPE and PVC pipes are used more. These pipes also range from DN 80 to DN 900 and have a length of up to 6 meters.

(CI पाइप ग्रे कास्ट आयरन से मिलकर बना होता है। अब इनका यूज़ ज़्यदा नहीं किया जाता क्योकि ये काफी महगें होते है.इनका इंस्टालेशन भी आसानी से नहीं होता है ,पहले इनका यूज़ ऑफिस और घरो से निकलने वाले सेवज  के लिए ज़्यदा  किया जाता था। अब CI  की जगह पर HDPE और PVC पाइप का यूज़ ज्यादा होता है। ये पाइप  भी DN 80 से DN  900 तक होते है  और इनकी लम्बाई 6 मीटर तक होती है )

Mild steel(MS Pipe)-


MS pipes are made of low carbon (0. 5%) steel, so they are not rigid and are easily used. Since they are made of mild steel, it can be easily welded. They are used more in drinking water, besides it is used in many industrial plants. Where pressure is high, it is used there. It can withstand pressures greater than 7kg / cm2. Its thickness is 15 mm, size 2 inches and length is up to 6 meters.

(MS पाइप को  कम कार्बन (0 . 5 %)स्टील से बनाया जाता है इसलिए ये कठोर नहीं होते है और यह आसानी से यूज़  किये जाते है। चूँकि ये हल्के स्टील से बने होते है इसलिए इसे  आसानी से वेल्डेड कर सकते है। इनका यूज़ पीने के जल में ज्यादा किया जाता है इसके अलावा कई  इंडस्ट्रियल प्लांट में इसका यूज़ किया जाता है।जहाँ प्रेशर ज़्यदा  होता है वहा  इसका यूज़ करते है। ये 7kg/cm2 से भी ज़्यदा दबाव को सह सकता है।   इसकी मोटाई 15 mm ,साइज 2 इंच और लम्बाई 6 मीटर तक होती है )

Prestressed concrete pipe(PCP)- 

PSC pipe is widely used in water supply and irrigation processes, gradually replacing the RCC and steel pipes. These steel are much stronger and cheaper than RCC and CI pipes. It is more than DN 600, its pressure range is from 6 to 20 kg / cm2 .

(PSC पाइप का यूज़ वाटर सप्लाई और इरीगेशन प्रोसेस में बहुत ज़्यदा  किया जाता है , यह धीरे-धीरे RCC और स्टील पाइप की जगह ले रहा  है। ये  स्टील ,RCC और CI पाइप की तुलना में काफी मजबूत और सस्ते होते है। यह DN 600 से अधिक के होते है इसका प्रेशर रेंज 6 से 20 kg /cm 2 तक होता है। )

Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP)-


Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) is a new type of composite plate made of steel plate, steel prestring wire, concrete and cement mortar. It ranges from DN6 00 to DN4000. Its use is also very much in irrigation and water sector.

(प्रेस्ट्रेस्ड कंक्रीट सिलिंडर पाइप (PCCP) एक नई तरह की समग्र प्लेट है जो स्टील प्लेट, स्टील प्रेस्ट्रिंग वायर, कंक्रीट और सीमेंट मोर्टार से बनती है. यह DN6 00  से  DN4000 तक होता है। इसका यूज़ भी इरीगेशन और वाटर सेक्टर में बहुत  है। )

Reinforced cement concrete pipe (RCC)- 


RCC pipe is made using cement, good quality steel, stone aggregate, it is very strong and has the ability to withstand high pressure. These are up to DN 2400 mm. They are used in the main line.

(RCC पाइप को सीमेंट ,अच्छी गुणवक्ता वाले स्टील ,स्टोन एग्रीगेट का उपयोग करके बनाया जाता है ये काफी मजबूत और हाई प्रेशर को झेलने की छमता रखते है। यह DN 2400 mm तक होते है। इनका यूज़ मेन लाइन में किया जाता है।

Bar wrapped steel cylinder pipe (BWSC)-


Bar Wrapped Steel Cylinder Pipes multiplies steel strength by and protects the metallic corrosion using thick concrete/ mortar layers. It is also used in the main line. This can exceed DN 1600mm.

बार लपेटा स्टील सिलेंडर पाइप स्टील की ताकत को कई गुना बढ़ा देता है और मोटी कंक्रीट / मोर्टार परतों का उपयोग करके धातु के क्षरण को बचाता है। इसका यूज़ भी मेन लाइन में किया जाता है। यह DN 1600mm  से भी   ज्यादा  सकते  है। 

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE pipe)-


It is a type of flexible plastic pipe.It is made of thermoplastic HDPE. They are also used in high pressure pipelines due to their high impermeability and strong molecular. This is a highly used pipe. It is lighter than concrete pipe, it is up to DN 1200 mm. 

(यह एक  प्रकार का लचीला प्लास्टिक पाइप होता है। यह थर्मोप्लास्टिक एचडीपीई से बना होता है। हाई इम्पेरमाबिलिटी और मजबूत मॉलिक्युलर के कारण इन्हे हाई प्रेशर पाइपलाइनों में भी यूज़ किया जाता है। यह बहुत ही ज्यादा उपयोग में लाये जाने वाला पाइप है। यह कंक्रीट पाइप की तुलना में हलके होते है ,यह DN 1200 mm तक है। )
