Sensor -A sensor is a device that senses any type of object And do switching.The sensor senses the object and detects its being there, counting it, etc.The sensor senses the object and gives us the output.



 There are four types of sensors according to the wire.

 

1) Two wire sensors

2) Three wire sensor

3) Four wire sensor

4) Five wire sensors

 

Two Wire Sensors - 

 

 As the name suggests, it consists of two wires. brown and blue color wire. This sensor consists of brown wire +24 V and blue wire common (0V).We supply in brown wire and we get output from blue wire.

 Let's understand better.

 As soon as we supply 24V to the sensor and as soon as an object comes in front of it, the sensor will immediately senses the object and will give the output.


 Three Wire Sensor - 

 

As it is understood by the name, it has three wires. brown , blue and black color wire. It also has brown wire +24 V and blue wire common (0V) just like two wire sensors. And the black wire in this sensor is NO (normally open). In this sensor, we get output from black wire.


 Four Wire Sensor - 

 

 As the name is suggest, it has four wires. brown , blue , black and white color wire . It also has brown wire +24 V , blue wire common (0V) and black wire NO (normal open) just like three wire sensors.And this sensor consists of white colored wire NC (Normally Closed).In this sensor, we get output from both black and white wire. We use black and white wire according to our requirement.


 Five Wire Sensor - 

 

As it is suggest by the name, it consists of five wires. brown , blue , black, white  and green color wire. It also has brown wire +24 V, blue wire common (0V), black wire NO (normal open), white wire NC (normally closed) just like four wire sensors.And the green wire in this sensor is also of NO (normally open). In this sensor, we get output from black, white and green three wires. We use black, white and green wire according to our requirement.

 सेंसर - सेंसर एक ऐसा उपकरण है जो किसी भी प्रकार के वस्तु को सेन्स करता है और स्विचिंग करता है।  सेंसर वस्तु को सेन्स करके उसके वहाँ होने ,उसकी गिनती करने आदि का पता लगाता है। सेंसर वस्तु को सेन्स करके हमे आउटपुट देता है। 


वायर के अनुसार सेंसर चार प्रकार के होते है। 

 १) दो वायर सेंसर  

२) तीन वायर सेंसर 

३) चार वायर सेंसर 

४) पाँच वायर सेंसर 

 

दो वायर सेंसर - जैसा की नाम से समझ आ रहा है, इसमें दो वायर होते है। भूरे (ब्राउन) और नीले (ब्लू)  रंग का। इस सेंसर में ब्राउन वायर +24 V का और ब्लू वायर कॉमन (0V) का होता है। ब्राउन वायर में हम सप्लाई देते है और ब्लू वायर से हमे आउटपुट मिलता है। 

 चलिए और अच्छे से समझते है। 

 जैसे ही हम सेंसर को 24V की सप्लाई देते है और इसके सामने जैसे ही कोई वस्तु आती है तो सेंसर वस्तु को तुरंत सेंस कर लेगा और आउटपुट दे देगा। 


 तीन वायर सेंसर -जैसा की नाम से समझ आ रहा है, इसमें तीन वायर होते है। भूरे (ब्राउन), नीले (ब्लू) और काले (ब्लैक)रंग का। इसमें भी दो वायर सेंसर के तरह ही ब्राउन वायर +24 V का और ब्लू वायर कॉमन (0V) का होता है। और इस सेंसर में काला वायर NO (नॉर्मली ओपन) का होता है। इस सेंसर में काले वायर से हमे आउटपुट मिलता है। 


  चार वायर सेंसर -जैसा की नाम से समझ आ रहा है, इसमें चार वायर होते है। भूरे (ब्राउन) , नीले (ब्लू),काले (ब्लैक) और सफ़ेद (वाइट ) रंग का। इसमें भी तीन वायर सेंसर की तरह ही भूरे (ब्राउन) वायर +24 V और नीले (ब्लू) वायर कॉमन (0V) का और काला (ब्लैक)वायर NO (नॉर्मली ओपन) का होता है।और इस सेंसर में सफ़ेद रंग का वायर NC (नॉर्मली क्लोज्ड) का होता है। इस सेंसर में काला और सफ़ेद दोनों वायर से आउटपुट हमे मिलता है। काले और सफ़ेद वायर का उपयोग हम अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से करते है। 


 पाँच वायर सेंसर -जैसा की नाम से समझ आ रहा है, इसमें पाँच वायर होते है। भूरे (ब्राउन) , नीले (ब्लू),काले (ब्लैक),सफ़ेद (वाइट )और हरे (ग्रीन )रंग का। इसमें भी चार वायर सेंसर की तरह ही भूरा वायर +24 V का ,नीला वायर कॉमन (0V) का , काला वायर NO (नॉर्मली ओपन) ,सफ़ेद वायर NC (नॉर्मली क्लोज्ड) का होता है। और इस सेंसर में हरे रंग का वायर भी NO (नॉर्मली ओपन) का ही होता है। इस सेंसर में काला , सफ़ेद और हरा तीनो वायर से आउटपुट हमे मिलता है। काले , सफ़ेद और हरे वायर का उपयोग हम अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से करते है।
